Leadership in Business, Leadership Assessment and Development, Organizational Behavior, Human Resource Management, Interpersonal Communication and Development, Executive Coaching and Organizational Consultation

Research interests:

Primary interest in leadership development. Within this I focus on various aspects of individual flexibility. Supporting interests include: leader flexibility, feedback, experiential learning, emotional intelligence, mindfulness, cognitive behavioral executive coaching, cognitive agility, and cognitive ambidexterity.
