Students Engage with the Business Community Through Internships & Directed Client Projects

Students partner with a variety of businesses in the community including the Norfolk Admirals, Special Olympics, Wells Fargo, Stihl, Target, Enterprise and others.

Students and student teams also work directly with businesses in the classroom - this win-win situation integrates critical concepts in the text with real world issues facing small businesses. Some of the many directed client projects have included a comprehensive market analysis for Ukrops Supermarkets and market research and analysis for McDonald Garden Center in Hampton.
